Shipping and delivery

All orders are processed by hand within 3-7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Most orders will include tracking unless being mailed by stamp.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

If your order appears lost in transit:

Contact me and I will assist in filing a claim or determining next steps.

Please note that some carriers do not consider a package “lost” until a certain number of days have passed.
