Returns and refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

However, I do accept returns or refunds under certain conditions described below. I will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if any of the following apply:

  1. If your item arrives damaged or with printing defects:
    Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
    Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
    After reviewing the issue, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  2. If you receive the wrong product:
    Contact me within 7 days with your order number and photos.
    I will cover the cost of reshipping the correct item.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads / digital products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Packages lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses


If a package is lost in transit:

Please contact me so I can assist in filing a claim.

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the shipping service used.
