- If your item arrives damaged or with printing defects:
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund. - If you receive the wrong product:
Contact me within 7 days with your order number and photos.
I will cover the cost of reshipping the correct item.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital downloads / digital products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Packages lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
If a package is lost in transit:
Please contact me so I can assist in filing a claim.
